Overview of attachments for motoblocks "Kama"

Attachments to the Kama motoblocks allow you to expand the functionality of the motorized device and use it for various agricultural works. We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the list of mounted implements that can be used in aggregation with Kama walk-behind tractors:

  1. Rotary cutter. It is intended for cultivation of all types of soils. The package for walk-behind tractors includes active cutters - saber-shaped knives. It is delivered disassembled together with a walk-behind tractor, the instructions have a detailed assembly guide, with schematic drawings. If desired, you can purchase crow's feet cutters designed for processing heavy-duty soils.
  2. Trailer trolley. It is intended for transportation of various cargoes, has folding boards and function of the dump truck.
  3. Adapter. The walk-behind tractor with an adapter looks like a small tractor, the operator sits on the seat and controls the unit while sitting, saving his time and effort. Other attachments such as a plow, harrow, planter or tuber digger can be attached to the adapter. The hitch consists of a frame with a seat, controls (handbrake), hitch.
  4. Plow. Designed for plowing all types of soil. Plows are single-hull and double-hull. There are reverse models. With the help of a plow, the layer of cut soil is completely turned over, in contrast to grinding milling.
  5. Mowers. There are three types of mowers for walk-behind tractors on sale: rotary, segmental and frontal. Some are ideal on flat surfaces, while others can be used on rough terrain. With the help of a mower, animal feed is harvested, as well as lawn care and the territories adjacent to the house.
  6. Caterpillar drive. This attachment is not included in the kit, but is often placed on a walk-behind tractor in order to increase its cross-country ability, both on snow and on viscous soils, in winter and in the off-season.
  7. Pneumatic wheels. Are included in the package to the motor-block. They are used to transport the unit to the place of work and together with some attachments: a mower, an adapter, a trailer.
  8. Ground wheels. These wheels are put in place of pneumatic wheels or cutters, and perform a triple function: they improve traction with the soil without pressing the soil, loosen the soil with their ribs, and transport the Kama walk-behind tractor in the right direction. They are worn together with a plow, harrow, hiller, in loose deep snow - snow removal units, etc.
  9. Snowblower. It is represented by three snow blowers: a dump shovel, a snow blower and a communal brush. The broom and blade are all-weather tools used both for clearing snow and for cleaning areas. Snow throwers are operated only in winter, they cut and throw snow masses at a distance of up to 10 m.
  10. Coupling mechanism. A device that connects various tools to the Kama walk-behind tractor. Hitches are simple and versatile. The universal mechanism allows you to adjust the position of the mounted unit relative to the walk-behind tractor (horizontal, tilt angle, etc.).
  11. Weighting agents. These hinges are put on the wheel axle and allow the walk-behind tractor to sink deeper into the soil when doing field work. Maneuverability falls, the quality of processing increases.
  12. Potato planters. This equipment allows the owner of a walk-behind tractor to completely mechanize the process of planting potatoes. Bunker and spoon system, furrower in front and hillers in the back. The tuber is captured with spoons and placed into the ground at a set distance in the furrow made by the furrower. Hillers immediately form a soil ridge above the tuber.
  13. Okuchniki. There are several varieties of hillers, disk models have become very popular. They rake up the soil under the plant, forming a ridge, loosen the soil and contribute to its population with oxygen.
  14. Potato digger. With the help of this technique, it is possible to harvest potatoes very quickly and efficiently, mechanically. There are several types of tuber diggers: simple, screen (vibrating) and eccentric.
  15. Harrows. This tool is attached to a walk-behind tractor in order to level the plowed soil, clear the field from the tops left after harvesting.

Operating instructions for the Kama walk-behind tractor

The Instruction contains complete information on the maintenance, operation of the Kama walk-behind tractor:

  1. The device and assembly of the Kama walk-behind tractor.
  2. Technical data of a specific modification.
  3. Unit Startup Guide.
  4. Running in.
  5. Maintenance.
  6. Faults.

Let's touch on some sections more fully.

Running-in motoblock "Kama"

The duration of the break-in period is 10-15 hours. During this time, at low loads, all moving parts of the walk-behind tractor are ground in, which contributes to an increase in the engine life of the engines and the unit itself. Starting the run-in, observe the following rules:

  • pour oil into the crankcase and transmission;
  • pour fuel;
  • check fasteners;
  • start the engine;
  • warm up for some time at idle;
  • we start field work in a gentle mode:
  • do not forget to check all systems on the go, switching levers, etc.;
  • at the end of the break-in period, we change the oil in the systems.

Maintenance of the Kama motoblock

One of the important maintenance items for a walk-behind tractor is changing the oil in the crankcase of the engine and transmission. Engine oil is changed every 25 hours, the manufacturer recommends using engine fluids such as:

  • 10W-40;
  • 10W-30

Oils suitable for transmission:

  • Tap-15V;
  • TAd-17i.

The frequency of changing gear oils is every 100 hours of operation.

Maintenance is also the daily care of the walk-behind tractor BEFORE and AFTER operation.

Work performed by the owner BEFORE start of field work:

  1. Refueling with oil and fuel.
  2. Checking the reliability of fasteners.
  3. Tire pressure control.

AFTER:

  1. Cleaning and washing the Kama walk-behind tractor.
  2. Drying.
  3. Lubrication with lubricants.

Malfunctions of the Kama motoblock

We will not list all the breakdowns of the Kama walk-behind tractor, we will focus only on malfunctions that prevent the unit from starting:

  • No fuel.
  • The oil level is too low.
  • Fuel hoses are worn out.
  • The filters are clogged and need to be replaced.
  • No compression in the motor.

For petrol cars:

  • High voltage wire disconnected from spark plug.
  • The ignition is not set.
  • The candle is out of order or smoked.
  • The carburetor needs cleaning.
  • Magneto problems.

For diesel units:

  • Out of order TNVD.

Owner feedback

Ruslan, 42 years old:

The walk-behind tractor works, I have it for the second season, it came out of the winter without any problems, but not from the first jerk either. The assembly is rather weak, it rattles strongly during milling, I tighten the bolts every now and then. Quieter than many, it was a pleasant surprise. Last year I plowed virgin soil - the walk-behind tractor barely pulled, I had to push, then I was no worse tired than with a shovel. In the rest - the price corresponds to the quality, what to expect big - China, it is China everywhere. The hinge pulls, which is faster, which is difficult ... I don’t know how long it will last, but it’s still better with it than without it.

Sergey, 46 years:

Hello. Bought Kama diesel this year. Already tried, of course, run in. The control is not complicated, it obeys the adjustments well, only a strong vibration hits the hands. There are only basic hitches (milling cutter, hitch, planter), there are still expenses in the summer, I hope the walk-behind tractor will withstand and will not disappoint me.
