The T-30 tractor is called Vladimirets due to the fact that it is assembled at the Vladimir Tractor Plant (VTZ). This machine was originally developed for the automation of labor on agricultural land. This model belongs to the 0,6 traction class. It has four-wheel drive, which allows you to compete with more modern counterparts.

Modifications of the T-30 tractor:

• T30-70 - a device that is equipped with a power steering and a two-plate clutch, which differs from the previous one in its scheme;
• T30-69 is a model with a single-plate clutch and conventional steering. The maximum carrying capacity of the T-30-69 tractor reaches 1600 kg. Here, the leading rear-wheel drive is installed, and the front one serves solely for control;
• T-45 is essentially the same T-30, only with increased engine power. This increased the maximum lifting capacity and the speed of work. Therefore, the model is convenient to use in garden estates and farmlands of increased size;
• T-30A-80 this model is designed for operation in especially harsh conditions. It has the highest carrying capacity among the entire model range of T30 tractors - 2100 kg. To improve cross-country ability on viscous country roads, four-wheel drive is installed. The T-30A-80 can easily cope with both the cultivation of plowed lands and virgin soils. It is mainly used to transport heavy loads.

Technical specifications

The overall dimensions of the T-30 tractor are as follows: 3180 mm in length, 1560 mm in width and 2480 mm in height. A longitudinal base with a length of 1775 mm is installed on Vladimirtsa. Weight of T30A in basic configuration without attachments is 2020 kg.

Engine

The Vladimir T-30 minitractor is equipped with a simple and economical two-cylinder engine with a capacity of 30 horsepower. The fuel consumption is only 180 g / hp / h. An improved forced air cooling is installed to maintain the engine operating temperature.

The fuel tank has a volume of 290 liters, thanks to which the T-30 can operate autonomously for a long period of time.

Transmission

The Vladimirtsa T-30 gearbox has 8 steps for driving forward, so you can choose the optimal speed of the machine in the range from 1,52 to 23,86 km / h.

The T-30 minitractor has a one-piece steel frame, in front of which there is an engine, from it there is a direct connection to the gearbox and the leading rear axle.

The advantage of this model from many analogues is the transverse arrangement of the gearbox shafts. Thanks to this design solution, it was possible to locate the gearbox directly behind the clutch. It should be noted that a combined clutch is installed in the T-30 tractor. Behind is a block for controlling the rear and transverse shaft. PTO can work both in independent and in synchronous mode.

Cab and controls

Maintenance

To extend the service life of the T-30 tractor, it is necessary to carry out maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions. Cleaning of the tractor from the remnants of dirt and dust should take place at the end of each trip. This will help prevent corrosion on the elements of the device.

Recommended oils:

• Change the engine oil every 250 hours of operation. For replacement, the Soviet M-10G2 or M-10V2 are best suited.
• The hydraulic oil must be changed after 500 operating hours. Any universal STOU oil can be used for the hydraulic system.
• Transmission oil must be changed only 1 time at the beginning of seasonal work. As a fresh lubricant, it is recommended to use the Soviet TEP-15V or TAD-17i.

Basic malfunctions and ways to eliminate them

If the engine of the T-30 tractor is very hot:

• The intercostal space is clogged (stop the engine and clean this space);
• The protective mesh of the fan is clogged (it should be cleaned);
• Weak tension or breakage of the fan belt (it is necessary to correct its position or replace it);
• Lack or excessive amount of lubricant (add or drain);
• Excessive load on the motor.

The motor does not deliver the required power:

• Clogged fuel system filter;
• Nozzles may be clogged or defective;
• Failure of the fuel pump.
