Among the Soviet small tractors, the T25 occupies a special place. It was mass-produced at the Kharkov Tractor Plant from 1966 to 1972. Then all rights to manufacture this machine were transferred to the Vladimir Tractor Plant. Hence the second name of this technique - Vladimir. During the design, the experience and errors made in the design of the DT-20 were taken into account. The developers were able to make this car economical and maneuverable.

Tractor T-25

Despite its small overall dimensions, the T25 tractor belongs to the 0,6 traction class. These characteristics are sufficient for most agricultural work: plowing prepared soils, hilling crops and transporting medium-weight goods on trailed devices. Control scheme

The highest transport speed of Vladimirts T25 on paved roads can be up to 21,5 km / h. For driving backward, the gearshift circuit of the T25 minitractor also has 8 steps.

Chassis and transmission

To solve this problem, you can install wheels with a larger diameter in order to increase the area of ​​adhesion to the surface. Maintenance

To extend the service life of the T25 tractor, it is necessary to carry out maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions. Cleaning of the tractor from the remnants of dirt and dust should take place at the end of each trip. This will help prevent corrosion on the elements of the device.

Required oils:

• Change engine oil every 240 hours of operation. For replacement, the Soviet M-10G2k or M-10V2 is best suited.
• The hydraulic oil must be changed after 500 operating hours. Any universal STOU oil can be used for the hydraulic system.
• Transmission oil must be changed only once at the beginning of seasonal work. It is recommended to use the Soviet Tap-1V or TAD-15i as fresh lubricant.

Basic malfunctions and ways to eliminate them

The engine will not start:

• The necessary starting frequency of the crankshaft is not provided;
• Clogged fuel system or air filters;
• Fuel pump malfunctions;
• Incorrect setting of the injection advance angle;
• Poor quality fuel (in this case, diesel fuel enters the engine, but it cannot start due to a lack of octane or the presence of mechanical impurities);
• There is carbon build up on the injectors.

The motor started to smoke

• Insufficient air supply;
• Poor fuel quality;
• Too much load on the motor;
• Incorrect fuel mixture setting;
• Low fuel injection angle;
• Jamming of the nozzle atomizer needle or coking of holes.
